Knowledge makes the difference.
To build a strong economy, a safe future, green competitiveness, and a resilient society there is a need to invest. We are therefore proud to support Neth-ER’s campaign calling on the EU to double its investment in research, innovation, and education. This means a stronger next framework program for research and innovation. We, too, call on the European Commission, the European Parliament, and the Council to make knowledge a top priority in the next Multiannual Financial Framework. This means doubling the budget for the new ‘Horizon Europe’, empowering researchers, and innovators across Europe. And doubling the budget for Erasmus+, giving even more students and professionals access to international learning opportunities. Only with such structural investments in knowledge, Europe remain competitive and future-proof. The campaign runs until early 2026 and focuses on influencing the European Commission’s proposal and the negotiations that follow between the European Parliament and the Council. Join us in amplifying this message.
